I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Wantage and Witney, with additional specialist training in pregnancy and postpartum strength coaching. With over 13 years’ experience as a Mental Health Nurse, I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to fitness, health, and wellbeing.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds to help them reconnect with their bodies, build strength through tailored training, and create habits that support not only their physical progress but also their emotional and mental health.
While I have a particular passion and specialism in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, my coaching is designed for anyone who wants to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident - whether you’re brand new to training, looking to improve performance, or ready to take your fitness to the next level.
I also offer specialist pregnancy and postpartum fitness coaching, ensuring safe, empowering, and supportive exercise throughout every stage of your journey.

📌 Coaching Options
Personal Training 1:1 - Wantage
Face-to-face sessions designed to build your strength, confidence, and technique - tailored to your goals and starting point.
You’ll get:
Fully coached in-gym training sessions
Basic nutrition guidance (food types, habits, and portion ideas)
Motivation and accountability during your sessions
Progress tracking & reviews
Packages:
£200/month - 1 session per week
£380/month - 2 sessions per week
£540/month - 3 sessions per week
Monthly packages include up to 4, 8 or 12 sessions. If there’s a 5th week, additional sessions can be added at £50 each, or you’re welcome to use that week as a rest/deload.
For clients who want extra support with their diet and fast track their progress, I offer a nutrition upgrade for £50/month.
This includes more in-depth nutrition support, recipe pack and weekly weight check in's. All to boost accountability and help you build substantiable habits to compliment your training.
This is already included for all 3 sessions/week packages. Available as an add on for 1 or 2 sessions/week.

🔄 Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non‑refundable.
If you wish to end your monthly package then you will need to give one months notice.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll start with a consultation to chat about your goals, lifestyle, training experience, and anything else you want me to know.
From there, I’ll build your personalised plan and you’ll get full access to your programme and support.

Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?
Nope!
Your training plan will be tailored to what you have access to - whether that’s a full gym, a few bits of home equipment, or even just your bodyweight to start with.

I’m a complete beginner - is that okay?
Absolutely!
I love working with women who are new to strength training.
Your programme will be designed to meet you where you’re at, with a big focus on building confidence, good technique, and lasting progress.

What if I go on holiday or get sick?
Life happens!
We’ll work around it.
If you’re doing online coaching, I’ll adjust your plan as needed.
If you’re doing in-person sessions, we can reschedule within reason or carry a missed session over into the next month.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

How do weekly check-ins work?
Each week, you’ll complete a short check-in form where you’ll reflect on your training, nutrition, wellbeing, and mindset.
I’ll review it, send you feedback, and we’ll make any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.
You can also message me any time if questions come up between check-ins!

How long will it take to see results?
Everyone’s journey is unique, but I recommend committing to at least 3 months to see meaningful, lasting progress. That said, many women start noticing improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within just 4-6 weeks of consistent training. My focus is always on helping you build results that last-not quick fixes.
