I am a qualified Personal Trainer based in Wantage and Witney, with additional specialist training in pregnancy and postpartum strength coaching. As a Mental Health Nurse with over 13 years' experience, I bring a unique, holistic approach to women's fitness, health, and wellbeing.
I help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength through tailored strength training for women, and create sustainable habits that support their physical, emotional, and mental health.

1. Online Coaching (Strength + Wellness Focus)

My online coaching is ideal if you want structure, flexibility, and holistic help with fitness, nutrition, mindset, and building lasting habits.

Personalised training plan
Nutrition support (no restrictive diets!)
Weekly check-ins and progress reviews

For pregnant and postpartum clients:
Includes expert pre & postnatal education, tailored programmes for each trimester, safe exercise modifications, and guided support to rebuild strength postpartum.

I offer 1:1 personal training focused on building strength, confidence, and fitness at your pace — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to level up.

Tailored 1:1 training sessions
Technique coaching and form checks

Minimum: 1 session per week (4/month), or

Get a full online coaching programme plus regular in-person PT sessions for extra accountability, form checks, and motivation.

1 PT Session per month — £165/month (save £5)

3 PT Sessions per month — £245/month (save £15)
4 PT Sessions per month — £285/month (save £20)

What happens after I sign up?
Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll start with a consultation to chat about your goals, lifestyle, training experience, and anything else you want me to know.
From there, I’ll build your personalised plan and you’ll get full access to your programme and support.

Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?
Nope!
Your training plan will be tailored to what you have access to — whether that’s a full gym, a few bits of home equipment, or even just your bodyweight to start with.

I’m a complete beginner — is that okay?
Absolutely!
I love working with women who are new to strength training.
Your programme will be designed to meet you where you’re at, with a big focus on building confidence, good technique, and lasting progress.

What if I go on holiday or get sick?
Life happens!
We’ll work around it.
If you’re doing online coaching, I’ll adjust your plan as needed.
If you’re doing in-person sessions, we can reschedule within reason or carry a missed session over into the next month.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

How do weekly check-ins work?
Each week, you’ll complete a short check-in form where you’ll reflect on your training, nutrition, wellbeing, and mindset.
I’ll review it, send you feedback, and we’ll make any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward.
You can also message me any time if questions come up between check-ins!

How long will it take to see results?
Everyone’s journey is unique, but I recommend committing to at least 3 months to see meaningful, lasting progress. That said, many women start noticing improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within just 4–6 weeks of consistent training. My focus is always on helping you build results that last—not quick fixes.
